FOURIER-TRANSFORM INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY (FTIR):

CytoGene has planned to extend testing services based on FTIR for more accuracy in  detection of organic chemicals in a whole range of applications although it can also characterise some inorganic. Examples include paints, adhesives, resins, polymers, coatings and drugs.

GAS CHROMATOGRAPH-MASS SPECTROMETRY (GC-MS) :

In order to feature the analytical lab CytoGene has planned for GC-MS to identify different substances within a test sample. GC-MS has been regarded as a "gold standard” and used to perform a 100% specific test to identify a particular compound.

HIGH PERFORMANCE THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY (HPTLC)

CytoGene is Introducing HPTLC for separation of sensitive compound and identification of the targets. It will include the high resolution in quantification techniques.

CytoGene is Introducing Real-time PCR for sensitive, specific detection and quantification of nucleic acid targets. It will include detection of expressed genes, examination of transcript variants, and generation of cDNA templates for cloning and sequencing.

CytoGene is Introducing DNA sequencing services are essentially automated electrophoresis systems that detect the migration of labelled DNA fragments. The sequencer can be used in the genotyping of genetic markers, Identification of Organism etc.
